Nancy Kummer joined BLX in 1999 and currently is responsible for the production of broad spectrum quantitative analytics, including bond proceeds placement diagnostics, arbitrage rebate optimization and overpayment recovery, bond sizing, yield restriction compliance and cash flow sufficiency verification. A popular speaker and panel member, Ms. Kummer travels regularly speaking on Arbitrage Rebate and Yield Restriction Compliance at BLX workshops and various governmental forums throughout the United States.

Ms. Kummer is a graduate of University of California Los Angeles with a BA in Business Economics and Accounting. She is a registered investment advisor representative and holds an NASD Series 28 and 65 license.
